The No1 5" Split Ring Plier and Scissor with Sheath has an agronomical molded grip handle over a Stainless Steel frame. Bent-Tip with split ring jaws followed by small plier jaw and then an in-line cutting scissor. The small jaws at the tip of the tool can be used to hold tiny items like hooks or grip fishing line for pulling to tighten knots.
